Terms and Conditions – ‘Armidale Wejalee B&B’

‘Armidale Wejalee'  accommodation is a family operated business that strives to ensure your stay is comfortable, peaceful and memorable.

So you can make an informed decision about staying at ‘Armidale Wejalee’ we have endeavoured to provide you, on both our website and brochure, with all the relevant information regarding the accommodation and what we have to offer. These Terms and Conditions are designed to make it quite clear, at the time of booking your accommodation, the responsibilities we both have. We provide exceptional accommodation and we want you to fully understand the nature of your commitment particularly concerning cancellations and damages.

Tariff

The tariff is subject to alteration without notice. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a firm quote.

Deposit

A deposit is payable by direct bank credit. This deposit will confirm your booking at the tariff quoted.

Payment

Payment can be made by direct bank deposit , cheque or cash. Total payment must be made prior to, or on the time of, arrival.

Cancellations

If you spend less time with us than you booked, either because you arrive after the schedule date or you leave early, the full cost of the agreed stay is payable.

Should you cancel a booking, we will do our best endeavours to re-book those dates. If successful your deposit will be refunded less a $30 administration fee. If we fail to re-book, your deposit will be forfeited.

Check in & Check out

Check in time is after 2pm, Check out is prior to 10am. However, through prior arrangements, these times can be varied.

We excel to present Armidale Wejalee in a clean and tidy state and we expect the premises to be left in a clean and tidy state, any abnormal condition will attract a penalty of up to $50.

Children

We welcome children however we do expect parents to be fully responsible and ensure that their children are supervised at all times during their stay at 'Armidale Wejalee'.
 

Accidental Breakage and/or Damage

Whilst we realise accidents will occur, we reserve the right to charge guests with the costs of replacement or repair. We are committed to present the accommodation to the following guests in the pristine condition that it was presented to you.

It is a condition of occupancy that guests report any breakages and/or damage to property, furnishings and fittings. It is also a condition of occupancy that guests attempt to ‘make good’ those breakages and/or damages.

Pets

Pets are definitely not  permitted.

Smoking

Definitely no  smoking at ‘Armidale Wejalee’

Hazards

'Armidale Wejalee’ sits on 10 acres of semi rural land. The land is undulating and rocky in parts, a dam is located on the property, and horses graze the property. We expect you to take due precautions when walking near the dam, near the horses, or moving across slippery grass and rocks. 
We expect parents to be responsible and supervise their children in relation to the hazards.
